Dead-End Flushing
The first week of each month the end of water mains and lines are flushed by a water board member. Dead-End Flushing is required monthly by the Texas Administrative Code. Per month usage rates are listed below by Stage of Water Restrictions. Currently Kerr County is observing Stage 3 Water Restrictions.
